Any registration implies :
Adherence to our general terms and conditions of sale. Knowing how to swim for the canyon. Not to have any medical contraindication to the practice of the activity. The perfect understanding of the recommendations for the chosen activity. To be well informed before booking

 

Reservation by email or telephone, for an amount of less than 250€:
Clients will receive the necessary information for the outing by email or telephone. No deposit is required. The balance will be paid on the day of the activity. Any partial or total cancellation by the client must be notified at least 72 hours before the start time of the activity. Otherwise, the client must pay 50% of the amount due. Any cancellation by the client due to force majeure will result in a full refund of the service. The client must provide proof of this (medical certificate).

 

Reservation by e-mail or telephone, for an amount greater than 250€:
Clients will receive the necessary information for the outing by email or telephone. A deposit of 30% of the total amount may be requested at the time of booking. Any partial or total cancellation notified up to 6 days before the date of the service will result in the refund of the deposit to the client. Any partial or total cancellation by the client, notified between 5 days and 48 hours before the start time of the service, will result in the deposit being cashed. Any partial or total cancellation by the client must be notified at least 48 hours before the start of the service.
Otherwise, the client will have to pay 50% of the amount due. Any partial or total cancellation by the client due to force majeure will result in the reimbursement of the deposit and the non-payment of the service. The client must provide proof of this (medical certificate).

 

Cancellation and interruption of services:
The instructor of azurcanyoning can take the decision to cancel or interrupt an outing in the following cases: – Water level too high for the canyon – Risk of storm

 

Services :
The activities are supervised by a state qualified instructor. Diplomas up to date of the recycling foreseen by the authorities which delivered the present diplomas.

 

Taking care of minors :
Minors under 13 years old not accompanied by an adult are not accepted. Unaccompanied minors between 13 and 17 years of age are admitted after receiving a parental authorisation and under certain conditions (level of sport, ability, medical contraindications). Holiday and leisure centre and holiday village groups are subject to a limit of 8 young people to one guide, and each group is accompanied by an adult leader from the centre, in accordance with the regulations in force.

 

Responsibility :
In the event of exceptional circumstances, the location of activities may be changed without notice. Each participant must comply with the rules of caution and safety given by the guide who reserves the right to exclude any person whose behaviour compromises the safety or well-being of the group. In this case no refund will be given.

 

Medical contraindications :
It is compulsory to report any pathologies or traumas that may have occurred prior to the activity (sprains, surgical operations, weak knee joints, etc.). It is your responsibility to inform the instructor and the organizer in particular for asthma, diabetes, pregnant women, ankle, shoulder and knee injuries, chronic ear infections and tendonitis. In addition and as a general rule, any activity proposed by azurcanyoning is not recommended for people subject to respiratory or cardiovascular difficulties, tetany attacks or epilepsy.

 

Prices :
The price of each activity includes : – Supervision by a state-qualified instructor – Equipment that meets CE standards. The prices presented are valid for the current season. They are in euros and are net of VAT.

 

Mediation :
MCP Médiation, an entity referenced by the Commission d’Evaluation et de Contrôle de la Médiation de la Consommation (CECMC), certifies that it has signed an agreement for the provision of consumer mediation services in accordance with the provisions of article L 612.1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code with AYASSE, head office located at 139 Ch. de Berdine, 06510 Le Broc (document visible by clicking here).
